It is amazing how hard it is in Greenville to find a qualified, honest Subaru mechanic in Greenville. After living here for 4 years I have found a business that is not only qualified, hones and knows Subarus, but Loves Jesus Christ not in name only but with their whole heart. I took my Subaru into Masons and extensive work done on the car. When the car was not ready on the promised day it was supposed to JD presented me with a gift card for my patience, and this kindness was excellent customer service. I had to bring it back due to the computer not reading the TPS sensors. The team ordered a module at there expense and installed it for me. When the module would not program Masons went out of there way by contacting Fairway Subaru, and arranging for them to diagnose the issue. Fairway Subaru seemed to turn this into a turf war between mechanic shops, and Fairway made excuses why it could not be programmed. Finally after a week of dealing with the unknown I called Subaru of American and they got the Fairway mechanics to agree to get together with Masons auto shop and the issue was fixed in minutes. Mason and Sons never blame shifted, or bad mouthed the Fairway dealership and were just professional and stuck with the facts. After all of this Mason and Sons made sure my car was vacuumed, washed and clean before I took it home. I hav never ever had such a wonderful experience with a mechanic shop such as Masons and Sons.
