First time here and I will start bringing my vehicle here from now on. Front desk employees were so kind and professional. They were able to explain everything specific for me before starting their service. Never been to a shop that is fast, professional, and most of all HONESTY and CHEAP . I highly recommend people of Greenville to bring your vehicles here the guys in the field are professional even the owner he’s in the field too making sure his guys are doing what is right and honest work. It is amazing how hard it is in Greenville to find a qualified, honest Subaru mechanic in Greenville. After living here for 4 years I have found a business that is not only qualified, hones and knows Subarus, but Loves Jesus Christ not in name only but with their whole heart. I took my Subaru into Masons and extensive work done on the car. When the car was not ready on the promised day it was supposed to JD presented me with a gift card for my patience, and this kindness was excellent customer service. I had to bring it back due to the computer not reading the TPS sensors. The team ordered a module at there expense and installed it for me. When the module would not program Masons went out of there way by contacting Fairway Subaru, and arranging for them to diagnose the issue. Fairway Subaru seemed to turn this into a turf war between mechanic shops, and Fairway made excuses why it could not be programmed. Finally after a week of dealing with the unknown I called Subaru of American and they got the Fairway mechanics to agree to get together with Masons auto shop and the issue was fixed in minutes. Mason and Sons never blame shifted, or bad mouthed the Fairway dealership and were just professional and stuck with the facts. After all of this Mason and Sons made sure my car was vacuumed, washed and clean before I took it home. I hav never ever had such a wonderful experience with a mechanic shop such as Masons and Sons. Friendly staff and great service. Pictures with notes are provided to help you make a decision for what you want to fix and when. I asked for a ride and was accommodated and I asked for more explanation and was accommodated.

The people working there are fantastic. They checked out everything in my car and let me know what all was needed. There was no sales pressure and when I was ready they took me thru priority items and let me know what I could wait on until I was ready. Super great team and I will definitely be back.

Very happy with the service, quality AND pricing. Mason & Sons was a great alternative to the dealership for our Audi. The brakes no longer squeak - WOW! All around good company we will use in the future. And on top of that, the bathroom was clean! A mechanics bathroom clean, WHAT? To me, that says something! :)
