I brought a 2020 Kia Sorento in for a prepurchase inspection. I can't recommend Mason & Sons enough. Their inspection helped identify safety and maintenance issues that I would've overlooked. I brought the report to the dealer and we were able to come to an agreement on work needed to be done and a better price on the vehicle. Now my wife and I feel completely confident driving our family around knowing that our new, used vehicle is where it needs to be both safety and mechanically. Thank you again Mason & Sons!

Driving along in downtown Greenville; low tire pressure sensor comes on; drive to the closest tire shop on GPS; Mason & Sons. Talk about exceptional customer service. They immediately put me to the front of the line, essentially dropped everything they were doing. Puncture near the sidewall; only short-term fix was a temporary plug. Make it so, says me. They did so. When I asked what I owed....No Charge. I asked if I could make a donation to the coffee fund or something, was told "absolutely not." This is the kind of place that you want to give your business to. HIGHLY recommend.
