Took my wife’s car here for an AC failure diagnostic. They were incredibly kind and helpful in illuminating the problem! The diagnostic fee did seem rather high, but I do appreciate the high quality work and excellent communication. I plan to be back for further service needs.

Same day service. Delivered beyond expectations. Not only were the repairs completed on time, but they returned the vehicle cleaner than it has been in years. Highly recommended.

Update: I spoke with Bailey who is absolutely awesome. Bailey called and immediately wanted to rectify the situation. He was very patient, very kind, and professional. He offered to refund me back my money but he also offered to fix the solution to the problem for the car. I have to say he went above and beyond to fix the issue that I was having and that speaks volumes on this company. He was so kind. I would highly recommend Macy's and Sons to anyone that's looking for someone to fix their car and also to work with them. Bailey is top tier, number one. He's the reason why I'm writing this review. If it had not been for him. This review would have stayed the same. Bailey literally went above and beyond. Bailey made so much accommodations. Bailey was very engaged. He continued to reach out to me text message and calls. I have to say if his manager or supervisor is reading this I would have to say he deserves a raise. He is literally amazing. Thank you Mason's and Sons. Thanks Bailey. Thank you Jeremiah for your professionalism! I have to say I am sadly disappointed in my experience with Mason and Son's. I was referred to them by an existing customer. I towed them my car wasn't understanding why it wasn't running. I felt pretty confident that they would be the ones to fix the issue. they told me $125 for a diagnostic which was fine, no problem. but then when they couldn't find the problem with the diagnostic they told me they would charge me another $235 for a level 3 diagnostics. I've never heard of that in my life. I've actually called around to a few other service repair shops and they've never heard of that either. I completely felt like I was being bamboozled because I was a woman and they were trying to charge me more for things that isn't common to charge for. Also, when my tow truck driver arrived he also was a little puzzled at them stating that I had engine problems which I wasn't aware of because they told me they couldn't find out what the problem was. and on top of that you're discussing my diagnostics with a tow driver who has nothing to do with anything other than picking up the vehicle. He stated that the car was turned on for him to hear it. (the tow driver) He stated it sounded like it was the starter. I'm sure that they would have been able to see that it wasn't the starter. my point of contention is the fact that they're discussing my car diagnostics with the tow driver. it just didn't seem professional .I was hoping that I would have had a great experience with them based off of the Google reviews as well. and I hate to send these type of reviews out but I have to say I was not happy with the experience and nor was my husband.
