Driving along in downtown Greenville; low tire pressure sensor comes on; drive to the closest tire shop on GPS; Mason & Sons. Talk about exceptional customer service. They immediately put me to the front of the line, essentially dropped everything they were doing. Puncture near the sidewall; only short-term fix was a temporary plug. Make it so, says me. They did so. When I asked what I owed....No Charge. I asked if I could make a donation to the coffee fund or something, was told "absolutely not." This is the kind of place that you want to give your business to. HIGHLY recommend.

Bailey went above and beyond for my during a difficult time with my car. He was kind, honest, and my car was left in clean, perfect condition. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Stellar company and mechanics. Daughter and I came to Greenville to look at a car and before purchasing found Mason and Sons mechanic online called and got a timeslot to come in. Had them go over the car to make sure everything worked properly. Car checked out great and all the information they gave us was amazing. They even whenever the Carfax information with us. We were in and out in a timely manner and went back to car dealership and purchased car without any hesitations.
