He was always available to speak to whenever we had questions. He was very professional but also very kind and very patient with me when I needed to talk with him. This was my first visit to Mason and Sons. I was looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto repair facility. I read the numerous 5-star reviews, and the fact that they were a family-owned Christian company sold me. I made an appointment online and dropped off my car the next day. They were very transparent about the process and the cost. Brooks called me within a few hours and sent me a diagnostic with photos. He called and walked me through the estimate taking time to explain everything! My car was ready to go by the end of the day, washed and vacuumed! They were accommodating, courteous and patient and did great work for a fair price. Highly recommend!
