I RECCOMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT. ITS A WEE BIT PRICEY BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. IM A HARD CRITIC AND HAVE A AUTOMOTIVE DEGREE BUT DONT PRACTICE THE CRAFT. ID RATHER OWN THE SHOP. they did a good job in my problem diagnosus. the sticker shock wasnt goid. they did detail my truck complete with armorall on the dash, tires and wax soap. thats their way of the extra mile of service. that happened twice, the first was years ago when they opened. thats aporeciated. i know the owners father. the owner and i had the same education with the same auto instructor. the "good genes" passed down well. the reason for 4 stars is the shop manager is too much in a hurry and cant communicate to the customers what problems their ailing vehicle has. the employee on the phone was gruff and didnt have his coffee just after opening. i did get a waiver of the diagnostic fee for an initial bad review. . that part of the general managers personality that needs improvement is his ability to communicate with the customers. IT IS MY RECCOMENDATION TO ANY CUSTOMER THAT THEY SOICIFICALLY ASK WHATS WRONG. GET AN ATTENDANT AT THE COUNTER SO THE CUSTOMER DOSENT HAVE TO WANDER THE SHOP TO FIND HELP. the manager needs personal improvement by courses at greenville tech, books on management, books on business, particularly who moved my cheese and management not by the book by the founder of hobby lobby. hard lessons in maturity will also help him. he needs to slow down and think. its my personal opinion the owner needs to handle the customer communication to better balance temperaments between them and eliminate the hiccup i had at the beginning of tbis process. AGAIN I RECCOMEND THIS PLACE. THEY ARE HONEST BUT NEED A BIT OF POLISH. JOLEE FANTON
