We have taken our cars to Mason & Sons for about 10 years. What i am impressed with the most is their consistency and honesty. They have helped us rate "old" cars for our son to purchase, and for care and upkeep on our cars that were purchased new. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Arrived to Greenville, SC from a 10hr drive from southern Illinois, we experienced a horrible vibration throughout the entire drive. Called Mason & Sons ( JD) who was able to get us in the same day to evaluate the issue, which was deteriorating and choppy treads on our tires, caused by normal wear and our vehicle front end out of alignment. New tires were the recommendation and a wheel alignment, which JD was able to get this done the very next day. We test drove the vehicle afterwards with JD, with great satisfaction the vibration was gone and the new tires provided a more comfortable ride. Note the 10hr drive back was 100% better. We broke down ten hours away from home and this place was an absolute blessing. The staff was so helpful in every way and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable while they fixed our passenger van. We had 17 women in our program that were with us and they took care of us and allowed us to wait comfortably in their lobby. They got us back on the road and we couldn’t be more pleased with their services. If there were a higher rating than 5 stars-they would get it!

Found these guys on the web! Nothing but class all the way around with this shop kept me informed throughout the whole process and I was only out of my vehicle for a couple of days they cleaned up with a wash and interior was impeccable I will definitely be a return customer.😀
