Honest and Quality Service – I have taken my car to be serviced at Mason and Sons for years. When I drop my car off, I’m greeted with a warm welcome, they keep me informed of the progress, plus I have a cleaner car when it is returned to me. The price paid is very reasonable for the jobs done and they stand behind their work. Excellent service all round. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Edit: I'm updating my initial review. The guys at Mason and Sons have made up for the issue I had with their policy. They listen to their customers and try their best to make it right. Their customer service has exceeded all expectations. I'm changing my review to 5 stars! Initial 3 star review: "The guys at Mason and Sons do a good job at fixing your car quickly, but their (unavoidable) diagnostic fee and rates are steep. Every time I brought my car in for an issue, I was charged a $150 diagnostic fee, no matter how simple the issue. I liked that they clean the car each time before pickup, but this did not excuse the separate diagnostic fee. Overall, ok service. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you are trying to get service done without paying an arm and a leg."

Very professional, friendly, informative and down to earth service with a smile. Explained exactly what the problem was and were more than willing to take the time and also explain why. Left with the feeling of honesty and trust. Service you don't often see anymore and highly recommend.

I was informed by a local Dodge dealer that my calipers were sticking and needed to be replaced. Mason and Sons did the job for less money plus new brake pads with calipers for less than the local dealer quoted for front calipers only. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was pleasantly surprised to find a shiny and clean truck. I highly recommend Mason and Sons for your automotive needs. They are great people. You will not be disappointed.
