I'm so thankful for the services I have received from Mason & Sons. The customer service is excellent! I truly appreciate the communication and all of the extra help that is offered. I am very happy with all the work these folks put in to make things easier for their customers. It's tough having to deal with auto problems but these folks have given me peace of mind each time. I have been taking my old 2006 Nissan x-terra here for over 7 years. The only problem is once these guys fix something it stays fixed!!! I have over 330,000 miles and it is still running. I’m never going to get a new car at this rate!!! I just stopped in this time for an oil change and new breaks. Thanks guys for keeping my old car in such awesome shape!!!

I’ve been taking my bright yellow Nissan Xterra to the folks at Mason and Sons for years. I have an old car. I love driving my old car. But sometimes it needs a little help. These guys of been keeping it running for a bout 10 years now. The problem is every time they fix something at stays fixed. So I will probably be driving his old car for the rest of my life. Today is Christmas Eve & I asked for service and I called when they were closing this man took his time & helped me find the problem I was looking for & it worked out quick and easy! He walked me through the whole entire process, I even learned a little something about a vehicle.I couldn’t ask for no better service he was so sweet, & patience.

Stranded in downtown Greenville, our car literally died in their parking lot. Busy and short handed at that time, they worked us in quickly and fixed our car. Stephen and the guys treated us like old customers, very caring and thorough. Great customer service ---What a concept !

Walking distance from my office downtown, great service, reasonable price considering they wash and vacuum my car - which is no easy task in my momX3 minivan! Will be using again and again!
