I can't say enough about how impressed I was with my first interaction with Jeremiah and this group. Went to leave work earlier this week and discovered a flat tire. I called literally 1 minute from closing time looking for help and despite being 10 minutes away they offered to stay late to help. When I arrived they quickly pulled my car around plugged the tire and had me back on the road headed home. They definitely earned my trust and confidence . I wouldn't hesitate to take either of my vehicles back in the future.

I have been very satisfied with the service and undstanding of what things in life throw at us at times. I Feel that Mason and Sons have been very helpful, Honest,and caring about The situations. Just Hoping for a great results soon.

Sometimes you wonder why businesses do not have even, good customer service. Not here, Mason & Sons are experts in vehicle repair and back up there work with a 3 year 36,000 warranty for my case. I was totally impressed with the entire transaction, for a job that was too big of a headache for another business to undertake. I will come back to Mason & Sons when my baby needs a repair!

Very thorough! Loved that they send you a detailed report with pictures of any problem areas. I was also able to drop my car off in the morning for an oil change, and they gave me a ride home! I think I’ve finally found mechanics in the area I can trust.

Very friendly, and helpful! I love how I get thorough explanations about what is wrong with my vehicle. I love how how I am showed the diagrams on the computer of each issue and how I am walked through step by step what the long term affect will be if I do t get the problem corrected
