I pulled my truck into their lot and had a brake light on. The brake fluid level was low. They put a can on brake fluid into the truck and the lights went off. Very friendly and helpful. They have my vote for a mechanic I would use.!!

The team at Mason and Sons is incredible. They were so polite. So prompt. So accommodating. Their pricing is wonderful. AND their work was stellar!

Job not completed yet but, needed to review the communications with Steve late on Sunday afternoon. We are here visiting our grand kids from Nashville. Called Steve's business number and within minutes he returned our call and set up an appointment for the next morning. You cant get any better than that. We are sure his work will be just as good. All in all they were nice, respectful and helped me work through options when it came to fixing my car.

My wife and I were driving from Mississippi to North Carolina for my brothers retirement when the transmission in my Jeep decided it no longer wanted to play nice with the rest of the vehicle.The guys at Masons and Sons honestly went out of their way to make a terrible experience bearable. Good bunch of folks and if you are a situation where you have to have your vehicle repaired I couldn't recommend them higher.

I am very impressed with the service that my car received. It was a bit pricier than I expected for the alignment ($89.95) but they did an all around vehicle check and told me that I needed a tire rotation and balance and a new engine air filter as well. I had all of these services completed and after about an hour and a half it was ready to go. I walked outside to a washed car inside and out and they even shined the tires for free with the maintenance! Very very impressed. My only recommendation is that the inside of the building could use an update/renovation as it seems pretty dated. However, these guys definitely know what they’re doing!
