Overall not satisfied with the customer-centric nature of this company. I scheduled an appointment to have plugs, wires and a coil pack replaced based on a known engine code for s 2007 Ford with parts I provided. They wanted to charge nearly $500 to install these parts that they could do in less than 90 minutes. They were rude and very evasive about how they could provide value and service my vehicle. If they simply would’ve said hey “we really don’t want to take parts from some consumers and install them. We preferred to do the entire diagnosis, this is what we recommend.” Or “We see that you want to do this, but here’s what we recommend…” That would’ve been fine if would’ve said that upfront. I wouldn’t recommend these guys.
