I have been working with Mason and Sons for more years than I can recall. I know I have been taking my vehicles to them since they first opened and worked with Steven even before. I trust him and all the staff there. I know that when I bring my truck to them, they are going to be honest with all that needs to be done. I love the use of pictures to show me because I don't understand the mechanics. I also know that every employee at Mason and Sons will treat me with friendliness and professionalism. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

I've brought my cars to Mason & Sons for the last few years when I've had issues, and I've never been disappointed. The service has been great each time. I've also had parts replaced that came with a warranty never expecting it to really matter, but I recently came back in with a weird electrical issue, and it turned out I had an issue with my alternator that was still under warranty. When they reached that diagnosis, they replaced it for free no questions asked - I showed up expecting to pay a bill and left with my car running and looking great at no charge. Highly recommend these folks.

I took my new (new used car my other one got totaled) car in to have the oil changed and as ALWAYS they take photographs of anything they see that might need to be addressed. Well my new used car was/is still under warranty and because of those photos I was able to not only be made aware of some issues I had, but I was able to go back to where I bought the car and they will correct the problems. When I got home and told my wife she said “I don’t know any garages that photograph your car to show you what’s needs to be fixed... Masons and Sons do.... Thank You Masons and Sons for being through; professional and doing a great job.... Signed...... One VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER...

I came in on a groupon for an oil change and will likely come back next time and pay full price. Everyone was friendly. They dropped me at work nearby and took my car to me when it was done. Washed and clean inside. The link they sent me of my inspection report was extremely useful and appreciated. They were not high pressure to upsell but made my options clear to me. An overall fantastic experience. Thank you.

Customer service exceeded our expectations. We had an unexpected issue arise out of a repair and it was immediately and fairly addressed. We appreciate the integrity of the this business to go above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience of the issue as well as the solution. Thank you!

Overall not satisfied with the customer-centric nature of this company. I scheduled an appointment to have plugs, wires and a coil pack replaced based on a known engine code for s 2007 Ford with parts I provided. They wanted to charge nearly $500 to install these parts that they could do in less than 90 minutes. They were rude and very evasive about how they could provide value and service my vehicle. If they simply would’ve said hey “we really don’t want to take parts from some consumers and install them. We preferred to do the entire diagnosis, this is what we recommend.” Or “We see that you want to do this, but here’s what we recommend…” That would’ve been fine if would’ve said that upfront. I wouldn’t recommend these guys.
