EDIT: AFTER they saw my review, the owner contacted me and gave us a portion of the money back that we had spent. This made the situation somewhat better hence the editing to 3 stars. Original review: They have nice enough people I suppose, but their prices are beyond ridiculous. Some people just want to drive Mercedes and rip customers. Unless you bring your loan officer, I would choose just about anyone else... For instance, they claim in their Google add that they don't charge for diagnostic, yet charged us $139 for one! And then misdiagnosed the entire problem. Hope you have better luck than us!

I use Mason and Sons for all my automotive needs. They always do an excellent job and if something is not right, they make it right. I highly recommned them because they are people you can trust.

Went in to replace a tire and for some regular maintenance. Fantastic service, I feel like I can trust them with my car. With their great service and convenient location, I'll likely be using them as my regular mechanic from here on out. As a really great plus, they wash your car for you as well. Would absolutely recommend.

I was very happy with their services. They were reasonable and gave transportation and showed me pictures of before and after repair. What was really special though was their warranty assistance. A part they installed turned out to be defective,which wasn't their fault but they went above and beyond the usual when they answered my call for help when they were closed and made sure the entire process went smoothly,and it was quickly fixed without any extra money.
