The guys at Mason and Sons really know what they're doing. They were all very professional and offered a couple different options for the repairs I had done on my Ford Escape. The Nationwide warranty they gave me was better than what I would get from the actual dealership's parts and labor warranty! I got free roadside assistance by just bringing my vehicle in, which is pretty convenient. With the prices and customer service like they have, I won't be using anyone else for my repairs.

Got me in last minute for a flat tire. Hooked me up with a great used tire per my request. All parties I dealt with were easy to talk to, upfront with costs and options, and super professional. They have earned a new customer. Highly recommend giving these guys some business.

In a town we had never seen before, my daughter and I were suddenly face with a mechanical problem. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and definitely helped in my time of need. I was initially upset by first impression of this business, bc they did not have a 15 inch tire that I needed, but also I felt like the person I'd spoke with was a little short with me and had no empathy it seemed that I was in a rut, and once it was found that they didn't have my tire, he didn't make any other suggestions as for my situation. However, the owner of this company is so concerned about the instance that he tracked me down for two weeks, even found my address, came to my home and offered to help me in any thing I needed.... Of course that impresses me beyond all, so I required nothing at this point to change my mind and edit my review. First impressions can be false sometimes... Ty for caring about your community Mason and Sons Tire!

Stand-up place. Extremely nice guys working there. They were very upfront about timing, the state of my vehicle, and went above and beyond to help. They take pictures of everything your vehicle needs (even beyond what you brought it in for). Very thorough and never tried to sell me on anything other than the reason I brought it in. Right before I was supposed to take my vehicle home they found yet another problem with my power steering pump. They stayed hours past closing and didn't even charge me labor on the last part. Were even willing to drop my vehicle off to me if I wasn't able to wait around. Great guys, great business. Update: Used them once again. Fixed a problem I was having (loose bolts), rotated and balanced my tires, and detailed my car! Same day service, got my vehicle back that afternoon. Once again, amazing place in downtown Greenville.

I have been a proud and local customer of Mason and Son's for almost 10 years. Their attention to detail and customer care are excellent. From the initial diagnostic and evaluation to completion and delivery, all are the very reason I have been such a loyal customer over the years. I would would not consider any other mechanic and repair shop in Greenville.
