They worked on my car..Jeremiah was awesome!! He calls and updates you whats going on..if you call him..hes very polite..knowledgeable about what is going on with the car..all around..super job!! I will definitely go back..if I need a mechanic!!

They fixed my fuel pump and other issues with my truck and were willing to pick me up after the job was done. A few days later, I let them know about a leak I was having that I thought may have been related to them having to remove parts . It wasn’t related but they were willing to help me out and didn’t charge me for the labor for the issue. They were a big help and I am more than happy to recommend them to anyone . -A.J.

I've never had an Auto repair center work so hard at fixing my car as Mason & Sons. My AC in particular is a major problem, it blows hot air rather than cool. It's intermittent so tracking the problem down is very difficult. Of course the AC worked perfect when in the shop, but I had video to prove it, so they knew something was wrong. So far what they replaced seems to be working, and they did it at their expense! I'm heading to Florida where AC blowing hot is not a good thing, but Steve and Jeremiah made it a point to stay in touch to be sure the repair lives up to their high standard of service. I can't recommend these guys enough - God bless Mason & Sons!

Mason & Sons always comes through for me and has been servicing my cars for several years. The team are excellent at customer service and top-notch auto care. They've often gone beyond just fixing the problems I take to them; they know my cars and provide options when possible. Most service issues are completed the same day I drop off my car, which I really appreciate. They keep me informed on the progress and make sure there aren't any big surprises at the end of the day. Definitely a tad pricier than other places I have taken my car, but also have never taken my car anywhere better. They are kind, clean, and honest. Never tell you to get a repair you dont need, and give great advice on taking care of your vehicle. You get your money's worth at Mason and Sons.

I highly recommend Mason and Sons. I recently bought a 2004 VW Touareg, which needed a little TLC. Albeit more expensive to fix (Its a VW), I am very happy with the outcome and will return as a Customer. Jeremiah and Brooks are top notch. It took a full 5 days for the repairs, but the communication from Mason and Sons is amazing. From the first initial diagnostics to the completed work, they never left me "out in the dark". I truly appreciated all of the photos they took of my vehicle and the work needed...which they will email or text to you....Also, nice touch....they clean and wash your vehicle after repairs are completed. Once again, Thank you Jeremiah and Brooks and the rest of the Mason and Sons staff that completed the work on my vehicle.
