Best car mechanic I have ever been too. Excellent customer service.

This is by far the best place where you can take your vehicle to repair it. His owner (Stephen) is customer-oriented, charismatic, supportive, extremely honest and a high qualified professional. We went to Greenville for a weekend trip and the car broke down, he wasn't able to repair it because we brought the car on a friday afternoon. He did everything to get the car running (and succeeded) for us to be able to get back to Atlanta. He also took the time to explain us what the problem was and the different possible causes of it, he even gave us a full and very detailed report of the problem so we can explain it the best way possible to out mechanic in Atlanta. He even took the time to chat with us, recommended us lots of places and things to do. An excellent service delivered by an excellent guy.

I have to give 5 stars to Steve Mason, JD, and Jeremiah at Mason and Sons Tire and Automotive. They are the most honest and friendly set of mechanics I have ever met, willing to go the extra mile to help you out. They actually helped out a friend of mine in a tight spot that unknowingly bought a lemon of a car from an auto auction ( ps don’t ever do that unless you know what you are getting into! ) with some major mechanical issues. Someone put some lipstick on an ugly pig before dumping it at the auto auction! Unfortunately my friend did not have a mechanic look at the car before buying it. Its was not long before the car showed its true colors. Steve was willing to take on the project on short notice, did some diagnostics, figured out all the problems, and gave some really great advice. It was actually not worth fixing it since it meant replacing the engine and would cost more than the car was actually worth. Of course that meant they would not make any money fixing it, so real honest guys to do that! Long story short my friend was actually able to get all her money back on the lemon of a car due the seller not being able to produce the title to the auction house. So the nightmare came out with a happy ending after all. Lesson learned on auto auctions for my friend. She will now be getting Mason and Sons do an inspection of any future cars she wants to buy before putting down the money. Thanks again guys!

Very professional help. I was very impressed with them and how they handled everything for me. The customer service is 10/10. The staff they have makes you feel valued and all concerns were addressed properly and made me feel important. I would highly recommend them.

If I could give more ⭐️, I would! I wish I had gone to them a lot sooner. I can’t rave enough about the level of service I received. I sent an online inquiry on a Thursday, dropped my car off on Friday morning and had my car back on Saturday. They kept me in the loop EVERY step of the way. They even wash your car! I think one of the most important factors was that they speak to you about “car things” in a way that the layman can understand. I never once felt that someone was MANSPLAINING my car issues to me. Actually, Rachel was amazing at explaining everything to me very clearly. Thank you Jeremiah, Rachel, JD, Cristian and crew. I will tell everyone about Mason & Sons! I’ll be bringing my Subaru in along with our Jeep. Thank you 1000 times!

Never have had a better experience or service anywhere else.

We experienced a tire blow out while visiting Greenville. Mason & Sons was the 3rd business we called trying to find a new tire. Not only did they research the tire needed quickly, but were very professional, polite, and concerned for our situation. They were able to locate a tire and install it just before closing time, and we had our car back. We highly recommend them.
