If I could give more ⭐️, I would! I wish I had gone to them a lot sooner. I can’t rave enough about the level of service I received. I sent an online inquiry on a Thursday, dropped my car off on Friday morning and had my car back on Saturday. They kept me in the loop EVERY step of the way. They even wash your car! I think one of the most important factors was that they speak to you about “car things” in a way that the layman can understand. I never once felt that someone was MANSPLAINING my car issues to me. Actually, Rachel was amazing at explaining everything to me very clearly. Thank you Jeremiah, Rachel, JD, Cristian and crew. I will tell everyone about Mason & Sons! I’ll be bringing my Subaru in along with our Jeep. Thank you 1000 times!

We experienced a tire blow out while visiting Greenville. Mason & Sons was the 3rd business we called trying to find a new tire. Not only did they research the tire needed quickly, but were very professional, polite, and concerned for our situation. They were able to locate a tire and install it just before closing time, and we had our car back. We highly recommend them.

They clean and vacuum your car with every service. They were very willing to stay within a certain budget to get you back on the road.

I brought a recently purchased truck here for a new vehicle inspection and oil change. The people couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. They fit me in on a Friday (without notice!), completed a full inspection, changed the oil, and had me out by the end of the day. I knew the truck needed quite a few repairs due to it's age, so I made sure to schedule those right away. They worked with me to organize the repairs in order of most to least importance and made sure to fit the most urgent items within my budget A few hours after I picked up the vehicle a radiator hose split open due to it's age. Jeremiah had recommended I fix it during inspection, but it didn't fit within my budget. To my surprise, they sent two mechanics out to get me and fixed the hose on the spot-free of charge. That act of kindness told me all I needed to know. I recently moved to Greenville and this is the first shop I've been to. I won't be going anywhere else. Thanks again!!

Great service!! Brought car in this morning..J.D. Made coffee..freindly..ask if we need ride home...who does this anymore??? Sammy rode with us..to take car back to shop..on way..we talked...great conversation!! I asked who does detailing...he said..thats me!!! I was so surprised...glad to meet him..he does great..great work..J.D. Was great..to get info on anything we need fixed..and we have lots sometimes!! Thanks for coffee..and letting us hangout awhile..and our ride home!! As I was visiting..I noticed this is a Christian runned business...This is plus for me! Loved your decorations..I felt like I was "home" ! We will never go anywhere else! True mechanics..and staff! Mac and I have agreed on this shop for all " our car needs!" Thanks for ride home..Sammy I realised..is the detailing man..I had windered.who did cleaning..he said its me!!! Great great job!
