Went in with a nail in tire. $25 patch and I’m good (so I thought). Get back to house and that afternoon tire was down again. Put air in it light went out. Take it back and was told it was another tire on passenger side. What, I explained that I put air in left front and the light went off, how could it be right rear tire? They had no answer. So basically they got me for $25 by just driving my car into one of their bays. Oh well lesson learned. By the way he couldn’t show me the nail in the right rear tire

As a young woman who does not know much about cars, I am always very nervous when I need to go to a mechanic. Mason and Son's has wonderful service and quickly put my mind at ease. They answered all of my many questions and took the time to listen to my concerns about an upcoming road trip. I live close by, but they even offered to drive me home while I waited. Thank you so much for all of your help. It is greatly appreciated.

They did a good job diagnosing and repairing my minivan's air conditioning and it has stayed cold since. And when the fuel pump failed only a year after I had it replaced, they took the time to make sure the warranty on it was honored even though it had been replaced at another mechanic. Excellent customer service! They also wash your vehicle for you before you pick it up which is nice.

JD and Steven were excellent. They were super professional and demonstrate integrity. I found them online and came in for a headlight that was burned out. I’m staying in Asheville and didn’t want to drive home with a single headlight. They fit me in mid afternoon and my car was ready by six. Driving home that night the new headlight alignment was off. I called Mason & Sons and since I didn’t plan to be back in Greenville soon, they gave me a refund for the labor part of our transaction. So I could go somewhere up here to have them align the headlight. This is very rare these days, that a business stands by their work no questions asked. JD mentioned they can do a full vehicle inspection on my ‘97 Miata and repair anything that needs it, and next time I’m in town I will certainly look into it. They’re good people.

Amazing shop. You cannot go to a better place. Everyone at that shop cares about the job they do and it shows. Best Auto Repair shop I have ever been to.

They are very professional and very polite. They get your car done when they say it will be ready and they will wash and vacuum it before you pick it up. I really recommend this place.
