Found these guys on the web! Nothing but class all the way around with this shop kept me informed throughout the whole process and I was only out of my vehicle for a couple of days they cleaned up with a wash and interior was impeccable I will definitely be a return customer.😀

By far the best experience I've ever had with a car repair shop. JD was very helpful throughout the entire process. They take pictures of everything they find in a diagnostic check. They send all their findings and you can agree or disagree to the work. I like this feature because they are basically proving the work needs to be done. This helps me because otherwise I have no idea if it really needs to be fixed other than taking someone on their word. They don't try to push you into doing any of the suggested repairs and just want to provide the best possible service. JD communicated everything to me as soon as he had the information available. They even gave me a ride home after I dropped off my car. I don't know if it is possible to find a place with more integrity.

They are very customer friendly and a christian based establishment.. They are reasonable on their prices and service!!!

Not sure this worked. Cant do google, but the review is five stars, and we thank God for folks like the Masons and their co-laborers. They even cleaned up my old car! And corrected my neglect mistakes and apparently repaired everything to a T. Thank y'all!

Great place to get your car done right!!

Knocking coming from my engine took me to a big name “shop” where they told me I needed a new engine. I called up Mason and Sons and talked to Jeremiah. He talked to me in detail about it and didn’t believe I needed the new engine, just some work! They diagnosed it and found the problem, replaced the parts, and my truck is running great again at 16 years old. They even detailed the truck after the project was finished which was a nice cherry on top that they offer. I would highly recommend coming to this business, they actually seem to care about your vehicle and experience.

I am from Baltimore, MD and my daughter is a current student at Clemson. Our plan was to drive to Greenville and spend the night. We would then spend the following morning walking around Greenville before she dropped me off at the airport and then she would head to Clemson to start the Spring semester. Upon starting her car that morning, the engine was making a horrendous sound and I did not feel comfortable having her drive to Clemson without having someone look at it. I found Mason & Sons on-line and it was close to our hotel. Upon arriving, I explained our situation of how I needed to get to the airport and my daughter had to be back at Clemson by a certain time so she could get COVID tested and be allowed back on campus. They indicated that they would look at her car and to check back in about an hour or so. My daughter and I then went on a walking tour of Greenville and had a quick bite to eat. Upon our return, they indicated that we needed a new ac compressor and condenser which later turned out to be the water pump. Given our time constraints, they offered us a loaner so that my daughter could take me to the airport and then head to Clemson to get COVID tested and check back into campus and return either by the end of the day or even the following day. To make a long story short, they were able to make the repairs the same day and my daughter was able to return to Clemson with no issues. I can't thank the staff enough for all their hard work and help to ensure my daughter got back onto the road as soon as possible. I wish that I could give 10 stars, because they definitely deserve it!

UPDATED: Mason &Sons reached out and apologized for this experience and let us know that the employee was new who mentioned the 10% discount. They worked on my fiancés car and replaced the tires for free. They went above and beyond our expectations to make this right. My fiancé and I have used Mason and Sons since moving to Greenville 2 years ago, but will no longer return. He went in for his usual maintenance which included having his tires rotated, and was informed whoever last, did it incorrectly and two of his tires are rotted. They said he will need two brand new tires. We let the manager know that they were the ones who rotated the tires last and were responsible for this error. They told us they would make it right. They couldn’t fix it that day since they didn’t have the tires in stock but to bring it back in the following week. When my fiancé called to bring it in, they quoted him roughly 10% off a very large bill. Pretty disappointed with this “making it right”.
