I can't say enough about Mason & Sons. It is a professional, capable, and ethical repair facility. Jeremiah and Bailey have taken care of my daughter's car for years while she has been at school. Their communication is excellent, and they always give you options. I highly recommend them for your repair needs.

I brought my Tacoma in to get my transmission checked out and they were able to locate the issue and reboot the software. Bailey the service manager was working on my case and came in to help with the communication issues I was having with updates on my vehicles. After throughly explaining the situation and what was going on he was able to help make me feel comfortable with the process and took care of me all the way through until I picked my truck up today. Overall a very trustworthy mechanic with great customer service and built in warranty’s for any work that was done. So much better off to have them as my main mechanic now and save money/time from going to the dealership and spending an arm and a leg. Thank you so much and will be seeing you for all my oil changes and truck related issues!

My vehicle would not start the key fab was locked in the ignition They call d a tie truck had it bilked ti them quoted me $208 dollars for diagnosis When I picked up the vehicle the next day the price had been reduced as they had not done that much I have never had a garage do this These are very honest and reliable people

Amazing customer service experience...I would highly recommend them for all your auto repair needs. The courtesy wash was icing on the cake!! They also take the time to deliver it back if you don't have a ride . Thank you!! 😊They truly go above and beyond!! I would give them 10 Stars if it was available, they always go above and beyond and they radiate the love of Jesus!
