All of the staff here was extremely helpful and comforting and proactive with helping me and my car! It was nice to have awesome people willing to help so much, especially with just moving to Greenville! 100% recommend and will be back for any future issues!

Being out of town, I was recommended their shop by the valet at the hotel and I was glad I trusted them. From the get go, I knew service was going to exceed my expectations. JD was super friendly and very understanding of the timelines I had. From the moment he dropped me off back at my hotel (saved me from walking with my bags in 95+ heat), communication was stellar as to where they were in the process of replacing my starter. Being at a work conference and this not feeling stressful was super appreciated. I was able to pick up the vehicle two days later. Combined with the nice wash they gave the car, it felt like I got back to Atlanta with a new ride! Shout out to Bailey as he was also tremendous to work with!

JD and company were very helpful diagnosing my brake failure, and offering to rebuild them for $600 less than Toyota dealer. Sadly, the parts were not available at first, so I went back to Toyota. Also, they gave me a free ride home, and did not charge for the inspection. Very good service!

Everyone here was extremely courteous. My engine was leaking oil, and Mr. Mason had it repaired in just a few days. They did good work, and left the car looking better than I had brought it in (they washed it and cleaned the interior.) They definitely went above and beyond, and I am very grateful and will use them again.

This place has really changed since I first started going here. I doubt I will be back and sure I won't be missed.

Amazing people! Had to get an emergency cooling system repair while on a road trip just passing through town, and they bent over backwards including staying on way past closing time to get everything done for us. They really went above and beyond. JD at the service desk even make balloon toys for my son. Can’t say enough about how well they treated us. God bless the Mason family and their terrific crew!

Mason & Sons always treat me like a favorite customer! They are professional and thorough about the services they will be providing at my visit and providing an accurate cost estimate as well as how long the work will take. And they always wash my car before I pick it up. How do you beat that?!
