We have taken our cars to Mason & Sons for about 10 years. What i am impressed with the most is their consistency and honesty. They have helped us rate "old" cars for our son to purchase, and for care and upkeep on our cars that were purchased new. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Trust is a major factor in car repair and these folks have earned it CONSISTANTLY. Excellent communication! They do what they say and have it done when they say it will be done. We can depend on them with our crazy, busy schedules!

Arrived to Greenville, SC from a 10hr drive from southern Illinois, we experienced a horrible vibration throughout the entire drive. Called Mason & Sons ( JD) who was able to get us in the same day to evaluate the issue, which was deteriorating and choppy treads on our tires, caused by normal wear and our vehicle front end out of alignment. New tires were the recommendation and a wheel alignment, which JD was able to get this done the very next day. We test drove the vehicle afterwards with JD, with great satisfaction the vibration was gone and the new tires provided a more comfortable ride. Note the 10hr drive back was 100% better. The span of their repair service is impressive. My Smart car is a challenge to work on. They performed the work as well as the Mercedes mechanics. Wanted everyone to know I was satisfied.
