Website says they have appointments. Scheduled, took off work, drove down, and then was told they couldn't fit me in to do the maintenance. Friendly - just unprofessional in wasting clients time.

Website allows same day appointments, but do not miss the new warning that you must CALL to confirm an appointment. Unfortunate glitch in the system I experienced, they did their best to make it right. I appreciated their review of the service and pivot to try and make sure it does not happen to anyone else.

BEWARE!!! I called them to inquire a simple parking break shoe replacement for my car. I only needed them to be installed. I purchased the break shoes directly from the manufacturer/dealership already. They refused to do the service because I purchased the brake pads from the dealership and not through them. This shop is doing 1 or 2 things. They are either inflating the price of parts purchased through them for profit or using China parts for return repairs. Be careful. I decided to kick out the 70 dollar labor difference and let the dealership/stealership get the job because I now see that the local garages are going in horrible direction, possibly worse than just over charging.

I do not recommend this place. The person in the office was very rude and unprofessional. He didn’t even greet us and treated me and my wife very poorly. Another time we brought a car in to be checked and a different person treated us very well. However, this time the gentleman in the office , assisted us and his attitude was not pleasant

Exceptional service! Was given several options after the diagnostic test. Steve took the time to explain everything that would be required if I decided to schedule the maintenance. Also they took the initiative to consult with the ford dealer to see if any recalls on the issue and they’re thinking about the repair. After the consult there was no pressure on completion of the repairs just information that I was able to make an informed decision. Totally recommend Mason & Sons for any vehicle repairs or service.

Fixed something on BMW, that no one else would even look at

What really stood out was their communication. They called during the repair process to explain what they were doing and kept me updated along the way. I never felt left wondering about the status of my car, and they took the time to answer my questions clearly. The work was done well, my car is running perfectly, and the whole experience felt honest and respectful. It is clear they take pride in their work and in how they treat people. I am very grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them.
