First time using Mason & Sons in Greenville and I am very satisfied with their work. My car had numerous issues to take care of and they were not only speedy but thorough too. Really liked that they take pictures and comment on each detail of the inspection. Customer service was great as well. J.D. Daniel was my main point of contact from start to finish and he was awesome. Will be back with my other car and for future services

My wife's vehicle needed emergency service and Mason and Sons was quick to diagnose the problem and get her back on the road. When we came to pick up our vehicle, it was spotless. Their complimentary detail was over the top. Everyone at Mason and Sons, from the receptionist to the mechanic and detail crew serves their customers from the heart and it shows. JD Work me in for a tire rotation On a moment's notice. They ran into several issues with my vehicle They were able to work through them. Did not charge me extra even though it wasn't their problem. I would go back there in a heartbeat

I popped a tire last Friday and JD took excellent care of me! He was super friendly and very personable. He quickly got me squared away with a new tire the following Monday and it took less than 15 minutes! Go to them if you’re in the downtown Greenville area!

These guys are by FAR, the best, most competent group of auto techs I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. Can't say enough good things about this company. Shout out to JD as well who is obviously very good at his job!
