I am homeless and handicapped and took my vehicle first to a "service specialist" in Wallhalla to fix my power steering leak they replaced the high side hose billed me 270 dollars. Then I returned to Greenville noticed there was a more serious leak now! I also noticed a serious pop and creak in my font end that wasn't there before. A very good friend told me about Masons and sons they fixed my power steering the right way! Also fixed the front end from damaged caused by damage Super Service Tire and Alignment it cost over 4000 dollars! Mason and Sons are the HEREOS! Super Service are crooks! If You want the best service for your money go to Mason and Sons. Stay away from Super Service so you dont get super SCREWED!

Took it in for the check 4 wheel drive light on... I was charged $135.00 for an inspection and was told about everything wrong with my truck with the exception of why the service 4 wheel drive light is on! Then was quoted for a bunch of repairs I didn't ask for. 4 wheel drive light is still on....

My wife’s new to us used car got sent to this shop with some pretty serious damage to the transfer case. I have never met anyone from this shop or had any dealings with them at all. They had no idea who I was as well. Within the first phone call with them I knew I was in good hands and I was gonna get taken care of. the customer service was phenomenal! I spoke with Bailey throughout the process and he made the whole thing a lot less painful as having your car in the shop could be. They worked amazingly with the warranty company I had with the car (who by the way was making the whole thing a lot harder then it should have been) but Mason and sons didn’t stop and they kept fighting for us to have our repair covered by the warranty. When the transfer case was repaired they test drove the car and noticed a few other things and wanted to get that taken care of for us as well! Which they did very quickly! These guys are quick, very thorough, honest, and friendly! We’ll definitely use them from here on out. Thank you Mason and sons for taking care of us!

On time, cost as quoted, and friendly staff!

If you're waiting long you'll have plenty to do. There's a foosball table, piano, book shelf, and a play area for the children. Also plenty of furniture to rest on. The service is very kind as well ^_^

These guys really are fantastic. I took my car in dor diagnostics and they were quick about letting me know what the issue was. Even washed my car as well! They're super nice and personable. And they're honest with you!

The people here were so nice and took their time to explain everything to me. The prices were fair from other places I had seen and they did a complimentary check of my car and talked me through everything they saw that could be concerning AND they cleaned my car! So nice, so helpful
