This place is awesome! Probably my biggest irritation with having my car worked on is how long it can take. At Mason & Sons, they completed the work quickly, and communicated with me throughout the process. I appreciate how they go over the whole car and address maintenance issues. I had a cabin air filter that I never even thought to check before; it was pretty dirty. They even washed my car before I picked it up! My car drove like a new car once they were finished with it!

Took the car in for service and someone traded out my inner console controller for a broken one. Smh

Don't go here if you are lower than middle-class. They do good work and charge an arm and a leg for it too. They only buy the most expensive parts and their labor times are lengthy. I went because the ratings were so good, but the people leaving good reviews must make at least $75k per year. I would not recommend them to poor people.

Mason & Son has done a wonderful job repairing our vehicle. The budget was reasonable and they delivered on time. Excellent customer service and prompt communication.

as an out of towner with a major problem with my diesel truck you don't know anybody in town and have to make a major decision WHAT DO YOU DO? I found Mason and Sons online and close by decided to go talk to them. Very nice people understood my situation and told me that they could help. Took in my truck on Tuesday had it back and running great by Friday in time for me to drive 500 miles (test Drive) got me to Charleston then Jacksonville Fl. Truck runs great no issues and Pleased as I could BE !!!!!. Will be in Greenville for the rest of the year working and will be sure to recommend to anyone who will listen. Not just Qualified techs but a Good God Fearing Establishment evident by their compassion, readiness and just the VIBE you feel when entering the business Thank You for JOB WELL DONE !!!!!!
