Excellent customer service! Came in to have tires checked out after tire pressure sensor light came on. They fixed me right up and got me back on the road in less than 10 mins. As a female, I definitely appreciated the help! I’ll definitely be back!

This place is awesome! Probably my biggest irritation with having my car worked on is how long it can take. At Mason & Sons, they completed the work quickly, and communicated with me throughout the process. I appreciate how they go over the whole car and address maintenance issues. I had a cabin air filter that I never even thought to check before; it was pretty dirty. They even washed my car before I picked it up! My car drove like a new car once they were finished with it!

Took the car in for service and someone traded out my inner console controller for a broken one. Smh

Don't go here if you are lower than middle-class. They do good work and charge an arm and a leg for it too. They only buy the most expensive parts and their labor times are lengthy. I went because the ratings were so good, but the people leaving good reviews must make at least $75k per year. I would not recommend them to poor people.
